Sweet and spicy come together with this flavorful pork dish. Simple and healthy, fire up the grill for this great meal.
Ingredients:
1 pork loin or tenderloin
1 can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 can peaches
Salt and pepper
Method
In blender, liquefy chipotle peppers and peaches, including syrup. Put meat into a gallon size baggie, add mixture and refrigerate 24 to 72 hours. Grill about 45 to an hour and a half, depending on size of loin.

Number of Servings: any where from 4 to 10 depending on loin size
